Day 01 Arrive in Beijing
Upon arrival in Beijing, you will be met and transferred to Hotel. The remainder of the day is free.

Day 02 Beijing B.L.D
In the morning, you’ll visit to Tian’anmen Square, the largest city square in the world and surrounded by most important government buildings. Then walk north to explore they enormous Forbidden City, which is home to 24 emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties. About noon time, you’ll go to a local family to learn to make Chinese dumplings (or Jiaozi in Chinese ), it is a kind of Chinese crescent-shaped dumpling filled with a minced stuffing and steamed, boiled or fried. Afterwards, you’ll tour Hutongs in rickshaw to find how old Beijing people live their daily life. This evening you will enjoy a delicious Beijing roast duck dinner.

Day 03  Beijing B.L
In the morning, you will have a half day excursion to the  Great Wall, landmark of China. Lies across the northern part of China like a great sleeping dragon, the Great Wall winds its way through China’s vast northern territory.  Afternoon visit will be Summer Palace – the largest imperial garden in the country. It is the largest ancient preserved garden in China and a former summer retreat for Emperors and the chosen few! Evening is at leisure

Day 04  Beijing – Xi’an  B.L
This morning, you will visit the Temple of Heaven,where the emperor came every winter solstice to worship Heaven and to solemnly pray for a good harvest.  It was fantastic to see the locals going about their morning exercise routines, play games, dance and socialise. The locals were incredibly friendly and were welcoming and willing to include me in their activities. where you’ll have an one hour Taichi class with a local Taichi master. Your Taichi teacher will give you instructions on how to perform the basic Chen Shi Taichi movements. After lunch, you’ll take a two-hour flight to Xi’an. You’ll be transferred to hotel upon arrival. Remainder of the day is at leisure.

Day 05  Xi’an B.L
Today you will visit the world-renown Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses. These armies affiliated to the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of the Qin Dynasty (221 BC – 206 BC) and the first unifier of China. The underground corps guards the mausoleum for over 2,000 years and displays the powerful army of the Qin Dynasty. After lunch, you’ll be taken to visit Big Wild Goose Pagoda in Dacien Temple, it was built in the Tang Dynasty to house Buddhist manuscripts and sutra brought back from India by Xuanzang. Then you will have a short lesson of Chinese calligraphy. In this class, you will be introduced to some basic skills in painting and taught to draw a simple picture under the guidance of our teacher. Drawing tools like brush, ink, paper, and ink-grind are provided. This evening, you’ll have choice to enjoy the Tang Dynasty dinner show.

Day 06  Xi’an – Guilin B
In the morning, you will visit the Ancient City Wall, which stretches about 14 km round the old city.and then you will have free time in old town. About noon time, you are transferred to airport for flight to Guilin. Upon arrival, you are transferred to hotel to check in.

Day 07  Guilin-Yangshuo-Guilin  B.L.D
You’ll take a relaxing cruise today along Li River to Yangshuo town. Enjoy the finest scenery Guilin has to offer from the comfort of a Li River cruise boat as you drift to Yangshuo past karst peaks, vivid green rice paddies, scenic villages and water buffalo. Lunch is on board. In the afternoon, a cooking class is arranged, when you’ll have chance to learn to cook a few popular Chinese dishes. In the evening, you’ll enjoy the famous Zhang Yi Mou show – Impression Liusanjie. Overnight in Yangshuo Town.

Day 08  Yangshuo-Guilin-Shanghai B.D
You will have a leisure morning in this small town to visit the town’s famous West Street where international flavors mingle with local styles within view of some of China’s most stunning natural scenery. Then transferred to airport for flight to Shanghai. You’ll be transferred to hotel upon arrival. This evening, you’ll enjoy a cruise on Huangpu River to have a great view along the Bund.

Day 09 Shanghai B.L.D
This morning, you’ll visit to the Yuyuan Garden and the old town. The Yu Yuan Gardens are an example of traditional Chinese gardens built over 400 years ago by a government officer, Pan Yunduan, for his parents enjoyment in their old age. Surrounding the gardens is the Yu Yuan Bazaar, one of the many Shanghai markets, housed in relatively newer “old style looking” buildings. The shops and stalls were full of all sorts of trinkets.  In the afternoon, you are travelled through laser tunnel to Pudong side and visit the Oriental Pearl Tower for a bird’s eye view of the city. After dinner, you’ll enjoy a stunning Acrobatic Show.

Day 10 Shanghai-Suzhou-Shanghai  
You’ll take early bullet train to Suzhou – home of gardens and silk. Visit will include the Humble Administers’ Garden, the largest and most renowned classical landscape garden in Suzhou, featuring natural arrangements in space. Then you will have chance to visit a silk spinning factory to see how silk is made from cocoon, and then a short cruise along Grand Canal. You’ll also visit the Tiger Hill where in the Bonsai Garden, you will learn the skills of making a bonsai piece. Return to Shanghai early evening and remainder of the day is at leisure.

Day11 Depart Shanghai  B
At leisure until transfer to airport for departure flight.
