Our trip was very successful. I would like to thank you for your effort in oorganizing it for us.

For your information I would like to say that our best guide was Nancy. But our other guides were very good too. Ben had the best English.

Our Shanghai visit was very good. The weather was poor from a visibility point of view and the Urban Planning Exhibition Center was worth the visit. I have never seen as big a city model before.

Suzhou Humble Administrators Garden was worth the visit but as a world heritage site was very busy. The Pan Gate was a bit disappointing as we did not actually go to climb on it – only see it from a distance. The guide then recommended a boat trip which filled in some time but we still had an extra 3 hours of free time.

The old town of Tongli was very good. We did not know we had a 3 hour train journey in the afternoon! But we thought the train experience was different and enjoyed it.

Hangzhou was once again very different to us. A very good visit and our guide was excellent. We slept well on the train on the way back to Beijing.

So in summary we had a very good visit. And thanks again for your service. We got there in the end despite our payment difficulties. I would suggest you get Credit Card facilities at your office.

Hi David,

Mr and Mrs. Marc Roberts have returned from their wonderful China trip. I must tell you that they didnt stop raving about their private China tours. In particular they were telling me how wonderful their guide was who escorted them to the Great Wall. I believe her name was Wilhemina. They couldn’t say enough wonderful things about her.

All the tours you arranged for me went very smoothly. I just want to thank you for everything you did to make the Roberts trip to China a big success. well done!!!!!!!!

I lo forward to working with you again on my next China trip.

Just wanted to let you know my tour was great. My guide Sophie and the driver in Beijing were fantastic. She was very easy to understand, spoke excellent English, was very personable and knowledgeable. The driver was also very good, spoke some English and was quite friendly. They took very good care of me and went out of their way to see that I was taken care of and had a good time.

The guide in Xian was good. However his English was somewhat difficult to understand. While Sophie offered to eat with me if I wanted so I did not have to eat alone, the guide in Xian did not offer this and left me sitting on alone for some time. He and the driver did go out of their way to find me a place to get coffee on my last day.

The hotels were excellent. The only thing I had against the hotel in Beijing was that there was really nothing around there. However, the hotel itself was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful.

Again I want to say how pleased I was with Sophie and the driver in Beijing. You are lucky to have such good people working for your company.

Dear Richard,

I had planned to send a e-mail just after my arrival in Brazil, but I had to travel frequently during these 2 months and no time was left to write it. Nevertheless, it is never too late to say thank you and how much we enjoyed our trip to Beijing.

We would like to thank you for the excellent service and guide we received in Beijing from October 15-19, 2007. Cindy is a wonderful and lovely guide, making us feel comfortable and very secure. Her knowledge of Chinese history is remarkable, informations were well transmitted and our interests were completely respected. We enjoyed much her company and recommend her highly as a guide. If any of our friends travel to Beijing in a future time we will, certainly, give them Cindys e-mail and from your company.
