Day 1 Arrive Lijiang
Arrive at Kunming airport then continue fly to Lijiang, Upon arrival in Lijiang, transfer to hotel. In the evening travel in Lijiang old town. The 800-year old town, on the southern Silk Route – the Tea-Horse Road – attracts visitors from all over the world, drawn to beauty of the old town’s cobblestone lanes, tree-lined canals, and views of the majestic 5,600m Jade Snow Dragon mountain.

Day 2 Lijiang B.L
Full day tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (including cable car), The mountain top is covered by snow all around the year and that makes it look like a jade dragon lying on the top of the mountain, therefore it was named “Jade Dragon Snow Mountain”.

Then visit Black Dragon Pool and Naxi Museum. Free time in old town.

Day 3 Lijiang B.L
Day trip to Lashihai Wetland Park. The wetland is a natural paradise for thousands of birds including water fowls, black storks, black neck cranes, chinese mergansers, many rare and distinctly beautiful. In addition to bird watching, visitors to the wetlands can hire a boatman for a row on the clear waters, ride a horse along the tranquil shoreline, or just enjoy the serene setting and mountain views.

Day 4 Lijiang – Zhongdian B.L
Drive to Zhongdian (Shangri-la). En route visit Tiger Leaping Gorge, it is the longest, deepest, and narrowest gorge in the world. Around 18 km in length, it is located at the upper reach of the Golden Sands River. The scenery is spectacular.  And then visit the First Bend of Yangtze River. It is called the “first bend” because the river makes a 90 degree turn from south to east within a distance of 1 kilometer. It was a place where Tibetans came down to trade with the people living in the area.

Arrive Zhongdian and transfer to hotel.

Day 5 Zhongdian  B.L
Full day visit Bita Lake, Bita Lake is known as holy lake, surrounded by spruce covered mountains and azalea fields. In Tibetan, bita means piece of land as soft as cattle hair. Then visit Songzanlin Monastery which is a typical Lama monastery. The monastery was first built here in 1679. Then you will visit a local Tibetan family and enjoy Tibeten song & dances

Day 6 Zhongdian B.L
Day trip to Shangri-la Canyon (Gorge) – 2 hours’ drive one way. The Shangri-la Canyon is about 103 kms from the Shangri-la. The scenery of the valley amazes many people. The valley is steep and narrow, with walls of some 1,000 meters high, the most narrow part of the canyon is only 10 meters between the two sides.

Day 7 Zhongdian – Kunming – Guilin B.L
Transfer to airport for morning flight to Kunming. Visit Stone Forest, Stone Forest (Shilin) is about 90km south of Kunming. This typical karst physiognomy takes the form of a forest of stone pillars and boulders. It is as if the countless stone shapes have sprung from the ground, assuming different shapes as if vying to surpass each other in grandeur and sublime beauty. Then take airport for late afternoon flight to Guilin. Upon arrival in Guilin, you are met & transferred to hotel.

Day 8 Guilin – Longsheng – Yangshuo B.L
Today you will drive to Longsheng Terrace & Yao Minority village. The terraced fields are built along the slope winding from the riverside up to the mountain top, the highest part being 880 m in elevation while the lowest part is 380m. The terraced fields were mostly built during the Ming Dynasty, about 500 years ago. Yao Minority Village is home to the Yao ethnic minority, one of China’s 56 minority people. The Yao women are very famous for having incredibly long hair which can measure up to 2.1m in length.

Continue drive to Yangshuo and transfer to hotel.

Day 9 Yangshuo B.L
Morning cruise on the river from Yangshuo to Fuli, Fuli Ancient Town is known as the “Painting Fans township of China”.You can explore characteristic handicrafts as well as special folk custom.

Afternoon visit Moon Hill, Banyan Tree Park & rafting on Yulong River. Evening enjoy Impression Liusanjie Show (water show)

Day 10 Depart Guilin B
At leisure till transfer to Guilin airport for flight to back.
