Forbidden City and the Lion
Our daily departure tour will take you to visit the Forbidden City, the imperial palace for Ming and Qing Dynasties, then the Temple of Heaven, a dignified complex for offering sacrifices to the heaven, after that walk into the Summer Palace, China’s famous royal garden. This daily group coach tour includes entrance fees, English speaking tour guide, Chinese lunch, pick-up and drop-off service.

Details
Temple of Heaven
Our tour guide and driver will pick up from your hotel between 7:00am and 7:30am. The tour starts at Northern Part of Tian’anmen Square, where you can view all the major buildings at a distance on the square including the Chairman Mao Memorial Hall and the Great Hall of People.
Then proceed to the Forbidden City, the largest and best-preserved ancient imperial palace compound it the world, It has a 500 years old history. You will visit the Forbidden City along the central axis from south to north for about 2 hours.
On the way to the Temple of Heaven, you will enjoy the Chinese traditional medicine culture. Then visit the Temple of Heaven – the largest ancient imperial worship architecture complex in the world. It is the place where the ancient Chinese Emperors prayed for peace and harvest. You will visit the Temple of Heaven for about 1 hour.
Summer Palace
You will have lunch (40 minutes) in a local Chinese restaurant. Then you will have a stop at a Pearl Market. Then head to the Summer Palace, the largest and most beautiful Chinese imperial garden. It is regarded as a museum of gardens in China. Y ou will visit the garden for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
When the tour finishes you will be transferred back to your hotel.
Notes
1. Our pick up area is usually within the 3rd ring road of Beijing city. Please check with us if your hotel is inside our coverage area.
2. You will be contacted before 11:00 p.m. the day before your tour date to confirm pickup time and guide information.
3. The tour is not available on Monday as the Forbidden city is closed on Mondays.
4. Your full name and passport number is needed to book the tour and please take your passports on the date.

6. The normal group size is about 15-20 pax in an air-conditioned coach.

The details is exactly as mentioned above. We will pick you up from your hotel in Beijing and drop offer back after the tour. The lunch time is about 50 minutes. Medicine factory about 30 minutes, and Pearl market about 40 minutes.

It is impossible to visit all three places as you motioned in one day. If you want to visit all the places, I recommend you to take two tours:
1. Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven & Summer Palace Bus Tour (daily except for Monday)
2. Mutianyu Great Wall and Ming Tombs Tour (Daily available)
Or if you have only one day available, you may consider the following tour:
Summer Palace and Badaling Great Wall, daily available.
